Seneca County CCE is committed to providing information at our LTCIEOP Resource Center that is unbiased and creditable. To provide the best quality resources at our LTCIEOP Resource Center we have made available the following education services to enhance what is posted on our website:

Public Workshops

Contact Moira Tidball, LTCIEOP Coordinator to set-up a customized workshop for your not-for-profit organization/agency. Public work-shops will be listed in the Finger Lakes Times, Seneca County Office for the Aging “Servitor” newsletter, our website, and other local media avenues to best reach the public.        

Individual Appointments

Contact Moira Tidball, LTCIEOP Coordinator to set-up an individualized appointment. Debra can meet you at a public setting for your convenience.

Walk-Ins

You are invited to visit the LTCIEOP Resource Center located at Seneca County CCE during normal operating office hours. To best assist you please call for an appointment so a LTCIEOP Educator is available to help you access all the resources, including a personal computer with high speed internet capability. Ask for Moira Tidball.

Ask the Long Term Care Health Insurance Expert

Contact Moira Tidball, LTCIEOP Coordinator for questions related to planning for long term care. You can contact us by phone or e-mail. Moira will:

  • Answer your question with the available resources from our LTCIEOP Resource Center. We have subcontracted with A.M.S. Insurance Services, Spencerport, NY. Angela M. Shortino, Health Insurance Consultant. She will provide limited education resource information on long term care insurance. Angela has been approved by Peg Hopper, NYSOFA LTCIEOP Coordinator and Angela Reardon, Director of Seneca County Office for the Aging to provide this service.
  • Refer you to an agency and contact person who can assist you. We will be happy to help you with this call at our Resource Center.
